We designed 10% and 20% discount coupons. Every new and regular customer receives the coupons in a custom-made envelope with a note thanking them for the purchase. In addition, we have developed a system of determining the discount based on a coupon, and automatized the process. Upon using the 10% coupon, the store manager and customer are automatically notified by email that the 20% coupon is active.
